"Homemade Pasta- Generations in the Making"
In the summer of 2009, Dawn Lamantia Scaffidi and Nino Scaffidi, both natives of Steubenville, Ohio had the idea to begin a new restaurant serving fresh, healthy, and homemade food to area residents.
By October, the restaurant was open for business at 2198 Sunset Boulevard , serving customers in-house, to-go, and delivery to local businesses.
Within two years of opening, the Scaffidi's soon realized that their business was out-growing its small location on Sunset Boulevard. After searching for a new place to call home, Scaffidi's Pasta moved into the Hollywood Plaza, in the former Lenora's Cafe location.
In August of 2011, the new location opened to the public.
Each and every day, authentic Italian cooks arise to make fresh spaghetti, fettucini, and gnocchi that are served the same day. The same cooks then make fresh and homemade sauces and toppings for your pasta.
Scaffidi's Pasta began a legacy of Italian food that will last within the city of Steubenville.
Dawn and Nino Scaffidi reside in Steubenville, Ohio and have two children, Santino and Gino.
That is why, Scaffidi's Pasta is "Homemade Pasta- Generations in the Making".
